Hello Coaches and Managers!
It is that time of year again to mark your calenders for the preseason softball meeting. It is scheduled for WEDNESDAY, APRIL 30TH from 7:00-9:00pm at the Byerly’s Community Room at the Byerly’s Grocery Store in Ridgedale located in Minnetonka (HWY 394 and Plymouth Road). This is the same location we have met for the past 2 years. If you have any questions about this location, please let me know….it is very easy to find.
Our meeting date is a little later than last year, so we are asking for a few items from you.
- Preliminary rosters with players committed to play on your team.
- We will be collecting the league dues ON OUR MEETING NIGHT. Our dues WILL NOT change this year. The cost will be $450 for a 10 game schedule and $630 for a 14 game schedule. We will also require your forfeit deposit of $150 as well. This check WILL NOT BE CASHED unless necessary; we will talk more about this at our meeting.
**we will be doing the softball schedule shortly after our league meeting, it is IMPERATIVE that you have your teams solidified and committed to play ball this summer. As many of you may remember, we had some teams back out of our league last year AFTER the schedule was completed, this caused numerous problems with realigning games.
So mark your calenders for the meeting. We need at least ONE representative from each team at this meeting! Please let me know if you have any questions. There will be additional emails as our date gets closer.
